- 'The teachings are weak, and justice never comes' is a pretty harsh/bold accusation. Unless I misunderstand it and it's 'the teachings have been made weak by our sin' or the teachings are not the Law.

- And God answers with kindness and joy and hope for the future.

- And Habakkuk returns to praising.

- God is our Rock, God lives forever.

- Is this 'God cannot stand to see sin' one of the main justifications for 'sinners cannot go to Heaven'? That makes sense, but Jesus does nothing but hang out with sinners, and he does what he sees his Father doing. I'm sure there're passages in the Hebrew Scriptures that show God being perfectly capable of looking at sin, but I am tired atm.

- Trying to see things from God's perspective, he challenges God. (Although following on from that, if that's the case, why use evil to do good? To prove your power? What about who destroys the Babylonians? Are you oppressing people to stop them oppressing others? Is that good?)
